General Cancel­la­tion Condi­tions

Dear guests,

By making a binding hotel room reser­va­tion, you have concluded a guest accom­mo­da­tion contract in accordance with § 353 BGB. In accordance with the regu­la­tions of the German Hotel and Restau­rant Asso­cia­tion (DEHOGA), we are obliged to record the follo­wing gene­rally appli­cable cancel­la­tion condi­tions:

  • up to 40 days before the date of arrival there is no cancel­la­tion fee
  • up to 10 days before the date of arrival we charge 80 % of the agreed accom­mo­da­tion costs
  • up to the day of arrival and/or in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the agreed accom­mo­da­tion costs.

Of course, we will endeavor to re-let any services/room reser­va­tions that you have not used, if possible, so that there are no cancel­la­tion costs. However, we cannot guarantee such re-letting.
